Train the Trainer (1-Hour Version)

This module is designed for new and experienced trainers in manufacturing facilities, focusing on the principles of adult learning and Job Instruction Training (JIT). Participants will enhance their training skills to improve workforce performance and job satisfaction. The course will cover key characteristics of adult learners, effective training strategies, creating an On-the-Job Training tool, and building confidence in their training abilities. By the end of this one-hour course, trainers will be better equipped to deliver consistent and effective training in their workplace.
