What Email Settings Do I Use?

Your email settings will be very similar for all mail programs. In the following example, please change "yourdomain.com.au" to your actual domain name. The email address below "you@yourdomain.com.au" should be replaced by your actual email address.

The correct mail settings to use are as follows:

Outgoing (SMTP) Mail server mail.yourdomain.com.au or your ISP's Outgoing server.
Incoming (POP) Mail server mail.yourdomain.com.au
Username you@yourdomain.com.au - your full email address (NOT your cPanel login)
SMTP Port: Change from 25 to 26 if your ISP blocks port 25.
SMTP Authentication Yes; username and password as above (tick "My server requires authentication")

Make sure you put your full email address in as the username.
